Scholarship Program

At our annual Heroes to Hero Scholarship meeting in June, three $1,000 scholarships were awarded to graduating seniors
from area high schools. The scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors for academic excellence and community involvement.
This years' winners are pictured below with the Heroes to Hero race Committee.

Above is The Heroes to Hero Race Director, Jerry Hubbs, presenting a $5,000 donation to Executive Director of the Camden County Hero Scholarship Club. Our annual donattion is made in honor and memory of fallen fire fighter Tom Stewart III, Chief Jim Sylvester and Deputy Fire Marshall John West Sr. The Camden County Hero Scholarship Club is committed to providing continued education to the families of killed or permanately injured police, firefighters and emergency medical personnell in Camden County.

The Heroes to Hero Memorial Scholarship 5-K Run/Walk would like to thank all of last years participants and volunteers for making our event one of the largest and most successful 5-K events in the tri-state area. This years race will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2008 at 9:00 am , rain or shine.
